Offered are 4 Mikasa Style manor salad/dessert plates in the discontinued Cordoba pattern, which features rust centers and brown scrolls. These retro plates are in great condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, crazing, or stains, and show little to no bottom wear or utensil marks. Being stoneware, there are some manufacturing anomalies in the form of glaze bumps on the bottom side of the plates. Interestingly, all plates have 3 glaze bumps at the same location on each plate. One plate is shown as the example.
These plates were crafted in Japan and originally available for a short run from 1977 to 1979. (Back when disco was king!) Typical of stoneware, they are suitable for the microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Plate width is 7.75 inches. These plates are suitable for an eclectic mix-and-match, or to add to, or complete, a set.
